There is NOTHING more
adorable than a tiny, toy breed puppy. Those tiny paws,
waggy tails and angelic little faces melt our hearts…
and often blind us to the smart, opportunist little
beast within, just waiting to grow up into a not-so-cute
little problem.
We at Big Basin own and
love toy breed dogs. We know that many toy dog owners,
and many regular dog trainers too, don’t think it’s
necessary or worthwhile to train toy dogs. Nothing could
be farther from the truth in our minds! Why would anyone
want to deny themselves and their new puppies the
enjoyment and relationship they can develop and share
for a lifetime that attending puppy obedience classes
offers? The shelters and rescue organizations are
overloaded with adult toy breed dogs that nobody thought
it was worthwhile to socialize and train to be
well-mannered companions. With that in mind, Big Basin
Dog Training is pleased to announce our Toy Breed Puppy
and Adult Companion Training Program!
